Private Dining

Absinthe Private Dining, located adjacent to Absinthe Brasserie & Bar, functions as a completely private dining room, with its own entrance, restroom, and bar. The menus at Absinthe Private Dining, created by executive chef Adam Keough and executive pastry chef Stephanie Kimura, offer classic and contemporary San Francisco brasserie fare for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The private dining menus reflect those in the main dining room at Absinthe, and change frequently, allowing variety and seasonal freshness.

Private Dining

Bellota’s semi-private dining room can accommodate up to 32 seated guests, and 45 guests for a standing reception. A full-restaurant buyout can host parties of up to 200 guests. There are a variety of tailored prix-fixe menus to choose from, in addition to optional passed pinchos and plated selections. Our full bar features Spanish classics such as sangria (available in pitchers), dry cider on tap, a range of 30+ Sherry varietals, gin tonics & more. Comstock Saloon

Comstock Saloon’s private dining room is available for hors d’oeuvres and cocktail receptions for up to 50 guests or sit-down dinners for up to 35 guests.
